Chris Catalyst (born 11 February 1980) is an English guitarist from the rock bands Eureka Machines and The Sisters of Mercy. He was also known as Robochrist, a solo industrial comedy act with face paint and props which he used to perform, but is now on hold for the time being.

The HT-5 head from Blackstar is my new favourite thing. Great tone and surprisingly powerful for such a small amplifier. The ISF control makes it a very three-dimensional, with brilliant jangly clean sounds, crunchy rhythms and fat lead sounds.
