Hi,
I'm from Germany and new to the Blackstar Family. I bought my Ht-5R Stack e few weeks ago and the Sound is absolutely amazing.
I replaced the two stock Speakers for V30s wich sounds really great.
Then I decided to rip off the black Mesa Style Tolex and replace them with white Marshall Style Tolex.

The Cost for the whole Stack are about 90 Euro.
Hm, is it now a Whitestar ?

The Head is allready done and I hope the Cabinets are ready this Weekend.
Oh and I've never done that before.

Sash,

Would love to see some pictures, if you have them. Have been mulling over customizing the HT20 head in some way.

And I finished the whole Stack today, it looks great in white.

Okay here's the images linked off facebook / your site.

It's a pretty amp. Granted maybe the combos would have looked better (cough cough, more like a Marshall) with horizontal inputs and chrome faceplate, but that was Blackstars decision.

hehe
(my thought)
