Hi !

This is my S1-200, signed and played by Gus G in his Ozzy Show November 23rd 2010.
Its one of 6 stack that he used in Montreal ( i bought an half stack). I'm very proud to have one of them.
Also a shot of my other amp.The amp on the Marshall 2x12 cab is a Carvin Legacy.
The marshall wich is cover beside of the Blackstar ia an AFD100 ( New Slash signature amp¨)
And the Fender comco in the corner is an HotRod Deville.

very nice!! - makes all my combo's seem trivial  but they get the job done
there was a time back in the 80's when my studio looked like that - but alas those were my younger days

The problem with that,is If i sound like shit, i can't say its because of the gear :)

I just have sold some of them.Sometimes i said to myself its too much gear for my talent . I already have sold my Blackstar HT-5H ( great amp, just don't use it enought) and a Fender Princeton (both are not on the pictures). On the other side their mine and paid so why don't keep it.
I buy and sold some. When i see a good deal its hard for me to pass on it. The good thing is that if you buy at a fair price, ( Used and Mint condition)
you won't loose when you will resale it, and you will have fun with it. Its a safer and more pleasant way to place your money than on stock exchange.
That's what i tell to my girlfriend anyway.

:)

Hi John !

My rig have change a lot since this picture have been picked. Now my S1 have some more Friends. :D
I have sold some and bought some more .

For your question about the S1, i would say that every amp that i still have, are Gem. They have all their
proper personality. But i would say that for me my S1 is in my top 5 sound wise with the , EVH5150III,Marshall 1959HW,Engl Fireball
and my Cavin Legacy. The S1 have is proper tone, and are realy apreciate the IFS and DPR fonction, that give it a lot of variable tone
and flexibility. On the other side for a Multichanel amp, i would prefer to have 4 completely separate EQ ( a la JVM). In my case its
not a problem, but in a gig situation its more limiting. But tone wise the S1-200 is a great sounding amp, for me its a Keeper.
